It is one of our core principles to secure your information while using our mobile application, iBlood, and to provide privacy protection that is critical in maintaining trust.

This Policy applies exclusively to information handled within the app, as well as to email, text, and other electronic communications sent by you through or in connection with the app.

2. Data Collection and Usage

Local Data Storage (No Backend)

iBlood is designed as a standalone personal health logging tool. We DO NOT require you to create an account, and we DO NOT operate any cloud servers or backend databases.

All health metrics you enter, including blood glucose, blood pressure, heart rate, and blood oxygen (SpO2) logs, are stored exclusively on your local device.

We do not have access to, collect, or store your health logs, personal identity, or contact details.

Third-Party Services

The only third-party component integrated into iBlood is Apple's In-App Purchase system (StoreKit), which processes subscription payments.

When you purchase a subscription, Apple handles your billing information securely in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not collect or receive your financial details.

We do not use third-party analytics tools, marketing trackers, or advertising SDKs.

Data Disclosure

Since we do not collect or store any of your data, we cannot and will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information or health logs to any third parties for commercial gains or any other purposes.

3. Data Security and Storage

The privacy and security of your data are paramount to us. Because all your health logs are saved strictly within your device's local storage, the security of your data depends entirely on your device's security settings.

Important Note: Since we do not back up your data to any cloud servers, all your data will be permanently erased if you uninstall iBlood or format your device. We recommend utilizing your device's native backup systems, such as iCloud backup, to protect your local app data.

4. User's Rights

We respect your privacy rights globally. Because all data is stored locally on your phone:

Right to Access/Rectify: You can view, add, or amend your health logs directly within the app interface at any time.

Right to Erasure: You can delete specific entries inside the app, or delete all data permanently by simply uninstalling the app from your device.

5. Age Restriction

These Services cater to individuals aged 14 years and above. We do not intentionally or knowingly collect, request, or solicit any personal information from underage participants. Since the app functions entirely offline without data collection, no minor's data can be transmitted to us.

6. Updates to the Privacy Policy

We may change this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our app or legal obligations. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being updated within the app or posted on our official app store link.
